Having developed his expertise at Blue Arrow, Pertemps, and Staffline, Jason founded Matrix Personnel with first-hand knowledge of what clients and candidates truly need. That ground-up experience remains at the heart of how Matrix operates today.

Damian brings a wealth of commercial experience to his role as Area Manager, overseeing Matrix Personnel's operations across Lancashire. With an extensive background in B2B client development, team leadership, and running his own businesses, he understands the pressures employers face and what it takes to deliver results. Damian built his career on face-to-face relationship building – an approach that fits perfectly with Matrix Personnel's local, personal ethos.

Christine is the beating heart of Matrix Personnel's temporary recruitment operation. With over 15 years in the industry, she manages everything from candidate matching and payroll to holiday pay and compliance – but it's her genuine care for people that sets her apart. Christine takes the time to listen, understand, and support every temp on the books. It's why candidates trust her, clients rely on her, and Jason is more than happy to leave the temps entirely in her capable hands. The team wouldn't be the same without her.

Pete is a Recruitment Consultant specialising in candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. With a background in manufacturing and warehousing, he brings first-hand knowledge of the industries Matrix Personnel serves. Pete knows what these roles actually involve – the demands, the environment, the skills required – which means he can match the right candidates to the right jobs.

Genna keeps Matrix Personnel running behind the scenes. With over seven years of recruitment experience, she handles the essential work that makes everything else possible – weekly payroll, processing job applications, placing adverts, managing correspondence, answering queries, and keeping the office organised.
