Having developed his expertise at Blue Arrow, Pertemps, and Staffline, Jason founded Matrix Personnel with first-hand knowledge of what clients and candidates truly need.

Damian brings a wealth of commercial experience to his role as Area Manager, overseeing Matrix Personnel's operations across Lancashire. With an extensive background in B2B client development, team leadership, and running his own businesses, he understands the pressures employers face and what it takes to deliver results.

Christine is the beating heart of Matrix Personnel's temporary recruitment operation. With over 15 years in the industry, she manages everything from candidate matching and payroll to holiday pay and compliance – but it's her genuine care for people that sets her apart.

Pete is a Recruitment Consultant specialising in candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. With a background in manufacturing and warehousing, he brings first-hand knowledge of the industries Matrix Personnel serves.
