About the Role
We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established, medium-sized manufacturing company based in Walton Summit, Preston.

The role involves manual assembly work requiring dexterity and precision, preparing and assembling small cables, wire looms, and electronic components to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble and prepare cables, wire looms, and harnesses by hand
Handle small, delicate components with care and precision
Perform quality checks and visual inspections
Follow detailed work instructions and production standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area
Support the team to meet daily production targets
Requirements
Excellent hand–eye coordination and attention to detail (nimble-fingered)
Comfortable with small, repetitive, and precise assembly tasks
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
