About the Role
We are recruiting Packing Operatives to join a well-established, medium-sized manufacturing company based in Walton Summit, Preston.

The role involves manual assembly work requiring dexterity and precision, including preparing and assembling small cables, wire looms, and electronic components to a high standard of quality.
Full training is provided, making this an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in light manufacturing or electronics assembly.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and prepare cables, wire looms, and harnesses by hand
- Handle small, delicate components with care and precision
- Carry out quality checks and visual inspections
- Follow detailed work instructions and production standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area
- Support the team in meeting daily production targets
Requirements
- Excellent hand–eye coordination and strong attention to detail (nimble-fingered)
- Comfortable working with small, repetitive, and precise assembly tasks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
